For major-label releases or placements in film, TV, advertising or games, contact the Soul Wonda team before release. We will agree any clearance terms with you in writing first. A self-service distributor alone does not make your release a major-label placement. Major-label releases include labels owned or controlled by a major-label group.

A few simple rules.

• Use the samples in new music—do not resell, share or repackage the raw loops as samples or sample packs.
• If you sell a beat using a sample, pass these terms along to the buyer. The underlying sample stays nonexclusive.
• Do not register the shared samples in Content ID or another claiming system in a way that claims other people's authorized music.

Clearance & questions

Applies to Soul Wonda sample packs. Finished beat licenses have their own terms. Draft status: the legal licensor's name and final terms must be approved before sales open. This preview does not offer a completed purchase or grant a license.
